Lemon Pepper Popcorn

In our latest cooking segment, Dr. Shusterman is joined by a nephrology HERO (watch to see who that is!) and they show you a quick, delicious snack recipe!

Ingredients:

3 cups of air-­popped popcorn

Topping:
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon of lemon pepper
Pinch of salt

Cooking Directions:

1. Whisk the 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil,  ½ teaspoon of lemon pepper and a pinch of salt together.
2. Drizzle over the popcorn to cover.
3. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and mix well.
4. Serve immediately.
