Unexpected guests and nothing to serve? Whip up this delicious kidney-healthy fruit dip in a flash!
Ingredients:
8 ounces lo-cal yogurt (or Greek yogurt.)
4 tablespoons lo-cal preserves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients and whip until fluffy. Then chill thoroughly.
