What is In-Center Hemodialysis?

In-Center Hemodialysis involves visiting a specialized dialysis center three times per week, typically on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday schedule. Each treatment usually lasts about four hours.

During dialysis, a machine filters and cleans your blood, helping maintain the balance of fluids, electrolytes, and waste products in your body. This treatment is essential for patients with advanced kidney disease or end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
